Subject: We laughed, We cried
Never had I set an alarm at a festival but I made sure to set mine for 11:30 am. Roused myself from peaceful rainy slumber and managed a cup of coffee. Simple stage setup, and looking around many were absent in their downtime.
The music started with "Slept through Sunday," and all about 25 to 30 of us joined Trevor. An amazing festival and pre-election energy coloring our emotions. Thoughts turn to hope. It was completely moving.
Looking forward to seeing Trevor bring it all together again. This is a gem of a recording which doesn't include much audience like the Knitting Factory recording.

Subject: Church on Sunday
Trevor's solo show here is yet another gem! There was some technical difficulties with Lebo's steel slide which caused feedack here and there but the songs played and performance of each was stellar.
Trevor started @ noon - on Sunday, after Tortugas raged it all night! Some hadn't made it back to their tents or cabins, while some that did sleep missed his show. I managed to get some sleep and missed the first couple of songs.
My favorite of this one is Country Roads and Three Little Birds medly. Unreal. Fitting. Moving.
Looking forward to seeing Trevor play solo more often.
BIG TIME KUDOS to the taper(s) that were in the big top tent early Sunday to prepare. THANK YOU!
