In The News: Endgame in Iraq - Condi Rice flies into Baghdad town in what is most likely a final attempt to get a signature on a Status Of Forces Agreement, without which, the US can no longer continue to operate in the country without assuming criminal liability, and no doubt it's been criminal all along, but the Bush administration wouldn't care to make that illegal status official...
