The Korean War is ramping back up with North Korea shelling a base on an island right on the North's border the South uses for war 'games'. Today when the South started firing shells into (allegedly) the waters offshore in a pre-announced 'game', the North opened up with artillery, firing over 100 shells at the island killing two South Korean Marines and 16 or 17 'civilians'. South Korean leaders held a crisis meeting in a bunker while the North warned there'd be more shelling if the South's war 'games' continue. The UN is calling for a special session of the Security Council after the US envoy Stephen Bosworth claimed (but he couldn't possibly know for a fact) North Korea initiated the artillery exchange. North Korea's officials said it fired on the island in response to artillery fire from the South. In Afghanistan, the "Secret" peace talks with the Taliban are off after Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansour, the so-called Talib spokesman, turns out to be a phony, "...a "lowly shopkeeper" from Quetta, Baluchistan...", according to Western intel sources. Folk singer Joan Baez, in her late 60s now, fell out of her home... A treehouse, while climbing down from it, and is healing from small injuries. The FBI works a really bad neighborhood... They have gone after Wall Street's big boys, raiding and serving search warrants on three investment banks cum hedge funders who were part of the GoldmanSachs bailout, for insider trading and mis-handling of confidential information:

FBI agents searched the offices of three hedge fund operators Monday, two of which were started by former executives of SAC Capital Advisors, one of the most profitable and secretive hedge fund managers in the country. One of the firms, Level Global Investors, is partly owned by an arm of Goldman Sachs Group Inc., the most successful and controversial investment bank on Wall Street.
