Subject: Satire: Dangerous
This ad is satirical. Satire tries to make a point by pretending to favor the opposite viewpoint in so extreme a manner that it drives people the other direction.

Satire is dangerous in that some people are dumb, and they don't get the fact that something is satire. They might think the ad really is saying that homosexual, black, and handicapped people are less worthy of protection and concern.

That said, it's a pretty good use of satire.
