Subject: yes and yes.
Absolutely terrific!!!! Been listening to KB recordings for awhile now and seem to have overlooked this one!!! Beautiful sound! Vocals are also amazing! Really on point!

Just a comment on the vibe of the show.

It was a saturday night and people came to get down. An opening Mulchs set the stage for an amazing night. The band left us with Black Water to hold us over during the set break. There was about an hour in between sets. Apparently the fire marshal was ready to shut the venue down due to the crowd and the smoke in the venue. A few people left and they came back on stage, apologized and promised a fun time. The first set is tight and fast, mixed with melody. The second set is more long exploration jams.

This is easily the best Umphrey's show I've ever heard. You can tell the band was on that night. The intensity is ridiculous. The 2nd set and encore are some of the best playing I've ever heard from the band.
On top of that, amazing sound quality.

It is certainly a must-have show.

easily one of the Top 5 UM shows of 2004.
And now it's out there in Matrix form. No offense to the aud, but this version is the one you want in your collection.
it could be better than everyone's favorite 12/11/04 9:30 show.
