This was Vic's last live performance before his death on December 25, 2009.

# Vic's Poem read without a microphone, volume is very low.
* Vic Chestnutt solo
1. During the first song (Trac 2), there was a problem on stage (lost power?) and the band stops playing mid song. The problem got corrected quickly and they resummed playing.
2. This was the last show on the 2009 tour.
