The picture quality is so bad it's unwatchable.

Subject: White Jazz and stock car racing
White Jazz and stock car racing are the main motifs in this compilation. 4 versions of the same Kool commerical: "My cigarette is flat. I need a change".
"Come up to the Kooo-ooo-ooo-ll taste....".

Then lots of stock car racing, with the Kool logo in front.
