Subject: jazzy jam
I never have heard of these guys before today. I just grabbed this show because it has streaming m3u files that i can listen to at work. THANK YOU for allowing the derivations (mp3/m3u/ogg) files to be made uploader!

sound quality is excellent. great recording man! .. everything sounds great, no crowd noise at all. as far as the band, they have a soulive, jazzy / jam feel to it. hamond b3 organ keyboard, steel brushes on the drums, bass.. fun, but it gets borning after a while, these jams just kinda go on.. but i do like the singer's voice and what he brings to the songs (see d1t05). they're fun but i'd prefer to use it as background music at a party, rather then something i'd pay money to go see them at a venue.. but they seem like good musicians though.

Glad to see someone had the gumption to get Vorcza up here...one of my favorite twisted keyboarders playing with absolute monsters...anyone recognize the drummers last name? These guys will twist your head around...Ray is like an dark twisted Schroeder...enjoy and DL away!

Go for it! Download this and check these guys out. I'll be uploading more once I make time. This band is one of the best kept northeast secrets. Hopefully not for too much longer. This was thier first time in Boston. Keep an eye on the tourdates! There will be a new album and tour coming this summer, or late summer.

Notes

Set 1 source: Earthworks TC30K (split on PA)> Canare Quad XLR> Lunatec V3> coax> DA-P1 @ 44.1khz

Set 2 source: Earthworks TC30K (ORTF)> Canare Quad XLR> Lunatec V3> coax> DA-P1 @ 44.1khz

recorded and mastered by Clinton Vadnais (cleantone hotmail com)

Gabe Jarrett- drumkit
Rob Morse- upright and electric bass
Ray Paczkowski- rhodes, clavinet, and vocals

note:

I new there would be vocal tunes played in the first set. I had never been to this venue. I didn't have much set up time and decided to try split omni on the PA stacks. Everything was miced up and all but I wasn't too happy with the sound I was getting. For set two I set up in front of that band and I think there is more of a natural sound for this set. ENJOY!!
