Subject: Short, sweet, and FUN
I saw a video of these guys playing Three Girl Rhumba on youtube, and went looking for a live show to download. Holy cow, Covers! Covers everywhere! Watt and friends really pull out all the stops here, it's a blast. The cuts from Television, Wire, and The Pop Group are real treats as always, and Funhouse is out of control.

Watt is always great, and both Tom Watson on guitars and Raul Morales on drums are fantastic. Watson especially really lets loose on these (especially Funhouse!) The three of them were really on this night.

Tons of energy, tons of fun, and a great recording, too. The only thing wrong is that it's too short, and too light on Watt's solo material -- which I guess is due to them opening that night.

Short, fun, and worth a listen.

Notes

Mike Watt & the Missing Men
Mike Watt - bass/vocals
Tom Watson - guitar/vocals
Raul Morales - drums
