Alexander Hamilton (1924)
This short appears to have been culled from a 1924 Pathe Exchange feature film called 'Alexander Hamilton.' The film was directed by Kenneth S. Webb and starred Allen Connor as Alexander Hamilton (the fellow who is trying to convince Washington to call the militia in this excerpt), George Nash as George Washington, Mabel Taliaferro as Elizabeth Schuyler (the woman Washington is flirting with at dinner), and Lyndall Olmstead as Martha Washington. A print of the full-length feature can be found in the Library of Congress as well as the Yale University Film Archives, which many years ago released stills from the Whiskey Rebellion scenes as educational slides.

Rather... CONDENSED?? version of what happened at the Whiskey Rebelliion. This short film is rather poorly put together, with un-named characters doing things with absolutely no justification behind them, and rather confusing goings-on. This also has extremely bad acting going on, especially the rebels. Whoo-Hah! This is actually quite amusing to watch, if you're looking for ways to put together a film the most cheapest way possible. This will give you some ideas.
The ending is real edge-of-your-seat stuff by the way.
