Thanks for the starter of this and I just wanted to thank Sorker for the other link. I was sitting here thinking, "Huh? That's it? I know this stuff is around here somewhere... Oh, a-ha!" Now I can show this off to my Star Trek buddy. Cheers!

Subject: Classic Tales Well Told
The radio versions were classics and I am happy to see these well-read original short stories. The stories are, of course, more slow to develop than are the radio plays but that's OK, as it takes us into the realm of a good sci-fi reading experience.
The radio plays eventually exeeded the written material and can be found at http://www.archive.org/details/XMinus1_A
The radio plays were revived in the 1980s and played on at least one major US station until 2002.
