Enicma[XGN026] Enicma (April 3, 2006)

Exegene is back in business with a brilliant release from Enicma. Known for his superb 'Deep Drums' radio shows on Leet Radio and Jungletrain, he now turns to production, and he definitely doesn't disappoint.
The A-side 'Hypothermia', kicks off the release with some rolling drums, a spaced out piano melody and subtle string pads. A massive growling synth bassline breaks out after the short drop. Tight breaks flow along monster bassline making this track definitely one to play out in a late night set.
The flip 'Lost In An Unfriendly World' keeps the tight vibe, but this time the atmosphere goes even deeper. A percussion filled break paves the way over the sombre bleeps and airy atmospherics, whilst a smooth warm subbass emerges into the mix to add to the wayward emotions.

Enjoy!
