Kinfolk 04
This is a very solid recording of a highly energized night at the House of Blues. With only one taper present the first night in Chicago, it's great to see this make the light of day. Sometimes, aud. recordings of YMSB can be hit and miss, but this one is a hit all the way.
If you've never heard Darol Anger play with Yonder before, grab this show. That man elevates them to a whole new level.
There are a few bits of static here and there on the first disc, but it doesn't take anything away from the music. Yonder is on fire right now and this show is proof.

Thanks to Bryan Duffy>
a big thanks to Bryan Duffy for recording this show for us all, hard to believe he was the only taper there for such an outstanding show and Kinfolk Celebration but he was, so thanks Bryan, I joined Bryan the following night and we both taped it with our own rigs, so fortunately both of these amazing shows were successfully recorded between us, and by the way I would not at all mind it if Darol Anger permanently joined up with the band, he plays a beautiful fiddle and adds a wonderful traditional bluegrass element to the band's sound, Grider
