NEW SCHEMES AND A GOVERNMENT LOAN

ahri Sultanate of Qishn and Soqptra.1 The Balhaf Sultan was already a

onths later the Balhaf Sultan persuaded a number of the Wahidi sections
sign the truce. His Majesty's Government also very generously promised
loan of .£20,000 to assist in developing schemes for which His Highness
as so eager, and in developing agriculture in the main Wadi Hadhramaut.
