The correct reading, KMOyt nagara dwata, < the city-deity of KapiSa >, was first given "by J. Mar^nart, MrtiriSaJir, pp. 280-281, and its importance was emphasised by Professor Rapson in J.R.A.S., 1905, pp. 783-786' a was the capital of 0andhara.
