IA IA GEZORA

This album is intended as an experiment in 8-bit noise & death metal. The function of the album is the deification of GEZORA as a godform ressonating with Leviathan from the Bible, Apep of the Egyptian Pantheon & the ever popular godform HP Lovecraft created 'Cthulhu'. The secondary function is to crystalize Orko as a hermetic resonator as well as Mother Brain with the Godess Isis. All of my music is experimental in nature & none of it is really the same. When I came up with the idea for this album I didn't realize there was so many 8-bit metal bands out there on myspace. Of course, more than half of them suck, but I have actually met quite a few that are awesome. Instead of being detoured from creating the album because of how many bands there are out there doing this same type of music I still needed to solidify my godform Gezora, so the project continued.

However contraversial it may be, I could really care less, but to clear the air on the matter, I will start by stating the fact that I have only lived here in Asheville North Carolina for about 9 months or so. I don't really know more than handful of people, muchless anyone who can play the drums at all & especially anyone who can play death metal. So, instead of making the beats on a computer program which would've actually been easier than ripping them off, I decided to download some of my favorite death metal drum solo's from youtube & use them to compose my music to. I did not get permission from the actual musicians, because half of them would've probably said no. So, seeing as how youtube videos are primarily uncopyrighted public domain, I went ahead & jacked what I wanted. Some people may consider this cheating or "gay", to which I can honestly say, "I don't give a fuck". The end justifies the means, so it's not like I always steal drums & try to pretend like it is me playing them. Hopefully by the time I do my next 8-bit death metal album I will have met a real metal drummer to help me with this project. My music is more like audio collage than music to me, so it is in that spirit that I take what I want to get the results that I need for my songs. Please just keep an open mind while listening & realize that this album serves a higher purpose than just music & that it is of an experimental nature. If you don't like the album, keep your opinions to yourself or come to my house & say it, so I can have the oppurtunity to fuck your ass up in person, otherwise, your snide comments are a reflection of how big of a cyber pussy you are hiding behind your computer much like the myspace artist "combover".

I don't have the time to go through all my files to find and credit the drummers who I have stolen tracks from on this album, however, if it is you that I have stolen a drum track from, then thank you, I appreciate it. Originally I was gonna try to credit everyone, but I really don't see the point. People use premade beats all the time from FL or whatever program they use, even on casio keyboards and shit, so this is no different. Anyway, enough defending myself for drum theift. The album is barely over 20 minutes in length even though it is 15 tracks deep. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did making it. It turned out actually better than I expected and I am proud of it.

My albums are actually created as works of art with the intent that they only be listened to about 1 or 2 times and then discarded. Anyone thinking of suing the hater for copyright infringement, should think again, I am broke and on disability and you will end up having to pay your lawyer without any help from me.
