Be
patient with videos. With a DSL or Cable
Internet connection, they should load and begin playing after about 30
seconds. Because they are streaming, you
will not be able to jump around while they play. Downloading could take a really long
time. Most videos are 30 to 50 minutes
long and could be as large as 200MB. If
you are having problems or have a dial up connection, try the audio file. Audio will begin playing within a few seconds
and downloading them to a media player (like iPod) is
a great way to absorb the training. No offense to the instructors but, you really won’t miss much in
the audio versions.
