PROBLEMS

A sufficient number of problems are listed so that choices may be made,

1. Draw a rough sketch of a floor plan of a one-story house.
Locate the circulatory system, where the residents will walk
the most.

2. Design the furniture arrangement for the floor plan in prob-
lem 1 (above), using loose paper shapes for furniture. See
page 230.

3. Draw furniture arrangement plans on squared paper for your
rooms at home. See pages 234 and 237.

4. Using three-dimensional miniature furniture make furniture
arrangements for families of various sizes. This furniture is
usually procurable among school supplies. See page 242.

5. Make plans for children's doll houses.

6. Report on famous miniature rooms and their furnishings.

7. If possible obtain some practice in furniture arrangement in
homes, dormitory rooms, or in lounge rooms.
