As compared with the year 1917-18, the general character of the distribution of land has remained unaltered. A close study of the statistics, however, reveals that all holdings below 100 acres in area have either re- mained stationary or decreased and that the highest fre- quency group of holdings of more than 100 acres, and the lowest frequency group of holdings of less than an acre, show an increase.
