Enough has already been said here about the adopted procedure for the work of the Conference, which absolutely does not satisfy a considerable section of the delegations. However, if it is our common desire io achieve the demo- cratic peace possible under present conditions, we will find a solution for disputed questions, and it need not 'be doubted that this solution will meet the aspirations of all peace- loving nations.
