15 (r) An was composed about 1492 or 1493, (2) A Janihidlpanl of Paiimokkaa, t>,e book of discipline of the monks, written about 1492 or 1493. (3) Atihayojanas of different commentaries of Abhidhamma (AtthasUHrJ,, S.zm- monavinodam etc.), \vhich were written about 1495. (4) Kaccayanar&padipani) which is the commentary of the famous Rupasiddhi of Buddhapiya. All these works were written by the monk Sana- kitti of Abhinavapura. There were other grammatical works composed in Siam. One of them is Ganth^lbharanatika, being the commentary on Ganthabhara^a, the grammatical treatise of the celebrated Burmese author Ariyavamsa (who lived at Ava in the middle of the fifteenth century). This commentary was written in 1585 by SUVAXNARAMSf, the chief of Vijayarama monas- tery (modern, Vat Vixaiy at Vieng chan). We read in the colophon : — Ganthabharanatlka yam Vijayfir3.masanjioa Suvaijnaramsinamena Samgharftjena dhimara Sakyasiinhassa nibbana vass^su atitesu hi Atthavisasatadhlsu dvisahessesu racita. The life of Lord Buddha known under the name of Pathamsambod/ii was perhaps compiled in Siam.
