SEC. 1618. EFFECTIVE DATE. 12 USC 1441

Except as otherwise provided by a specific provision of this note>
subtitle, the amendments made by this subtitle to the Resolution
Trust Corporation Refinancing, Restructuring, and Improvement
Act of 1991 and the Federal Home Loan Bank Act shall take
effect as if such amendments had been included in the Resolution
Trust Corporation Refinancing, Restructuring, and Improvement
Act of 1991 as of the date of the enactment of such Act.
