To amend title 38, United States Code, to reform the formula for payment of
dependency and indemnity compensation to survivors of veterans dying from
service-connected causes, to increase the rate of payments for benefits under
the Montgomery GI bill, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
Veterans' the United States of America in Congress assembled,

1992. SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

38 USC101 note. (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the "Veterans'
Benefits Act of 1992".

(b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents of this Act
