lieu thereof "section 402(a)"; and

(9) by amending the heading for section 816 (as redesig-
nated by section 701(b)) to read as follows:

"INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE AND DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
HEALTH FACILITIES AND SERVICES SHARING".
