follows:

"(C) CREDIT CARRYBACK DEFINED,—For purposes of this

carryback under section 39 and any research credit carry-

SEC. 481. PREFERRED STOCK ELIGIBLE UNDER SECTION 1244.

(a) GENERAL RULE.—Subsections (c)(l) and (d)(2) of section 1244 26 USC 1244.
