1. The mics were right up against the stage, one pointed at the amp used for the
electric guitars, one at the amp for the acoustic guitar. Each mic was panned
to the centre of the stereo image, as he used one or the other, but not both,
at any one time.
2. There are some phasing problems with some of the tracks.
