The Fuzz allowed Chenard Walcker to publish 'God Bless The Radio' as a free download, ten years after its original release, in the &lt;a href="http://www.archive.org/audio/collection.php?collection=free_sample_zone"&gt;Free Sample Zone&lt;/a&gt;.

The Fuzz explained in the original notes why they refused to pay royalties for using samples. They encouraged artists to follow their policy.
