It is further ORDERED that the OAG's 47 Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part as follows: (1) With respect to Ms. Grants Title VII failure-to-promote claim based on Julia Wellers promotion to chief of the DAH, the motion for summary judgment filed by the OAG and AG Strange (Doc. 47 ) is DENIED; (2) In all other respects, the motion for summary judgment filed by the OA G and AG Strange (Doc. 47 ) is GRANTED. In other words, only Ms. Grants Title VII claim against the Office of the Attorney General based on Julia Wellers promotion will proceed.
