Judgment |
JUDGMENT as to Dawna Melvin (1) count(s) 1. twelve months and one day on count one. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of three years. Special Conditions of supervised release include: The defendant shall participate in a substance abuse treatment program, either inpateint or outpatient, as directed by the probation officer, which may include urinalysis testing. The defendant shall pay all, or a portion of the cost associated with treatment based on her ability to pay, in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. The defendant shall comply with the Order of Restitution. The defendant shall neither obtain or use credit card devices. The Standard Conditions of Supervised Release apply. The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons; Incarceration if possible, at a facility in Connecticut. The Court also recommends mental health counseling and drug treatment while incarcerated. The defendant is remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal. The defendant shall pay restitution in the amount of $62, 043.80, as ordered in the separate Order of Restitution, at the rate of $25.00 per month to the USPO. Payments are to begin upon release from incarceration. In the event the defendant's financial condition improves or deteriorates, the figure may be adjusted.
