Sentencing Chia Sheng Chen (1) count(s) 7, 9, 24, 47: ADJUDGED: Imprisonment: 6 Months with credit for time already served, as to each of Counts 7, 9, 24, and 47, with all terms to run concurrently. Supervised Release: 5 Years as to each of Counts 7, 9, 24, and 47, with all terms to run concurrently. Restitution: $54,550.51. Special Assessment: $400.00 ($100.00 per count).
