Mr. Shigetomi advised the Court that the defendant has been married and her new name is Mary Wong-Loyola. The Court ORDERED that the caption of this case be amended to read: "U.S.A. v Mary Wong, nka Mary Wong-Loyola." The Memorandum of Plea Agreement is accepted. Defendant's Motions for Sentencing in Accordance with 18 USC 3553(f)(1)-(5) is granted.
