EP: MINUTES: Sentencing as to Counts 1 and 2 of the Indictment - Defendant Dusteen Huffman present and in custody. The Memorandum of Plea Agreement has been accepted. Allocation by defendant sentencing Dusteen Huffman (1) count(s) 1,2 ADJUDGED: Imprisonment:18 Months as to each of Counts 1 and 2, to be served concurrently. Supervised Release: 3 Years as to Count 1 and 5 Years as to Count 2, to be served concurrently. Restitution: $13,275.04. Special Assessment: $200.00 ($100.00 as to each count.) CONDITIONS: That the defendant shall abide by the standard conditions of supervision. That the defendant not commit any crimes, federal, state, or local (mandatory condition). That the defendant not possess illegal controlled substances (mandatory condition) That the defendant shall refrain from any unlawful use of a controlled substance. The defendant shall submit to one drug test within 15 days of release imprisonment and at least two drug tests thereafter, as directed by the Probation Office (mandatory condition). That the defendant participate in a substance abuse program, which may include drug testing at the discretion and direction of the Probation Office. That the defendant is prohibited from possessing a firearm as defined in 18 USC 921. That the defendant is prohibited from possessing any illegal or dangerous weapons. That the defendant pay restitution of $8,342.95 to American Savings Bank, to First Hawaiian Bank, $2,192.09 to Bank of Hawaii, and $165.00 to Honolulu Federal Employees Federal Credit Union immediately, and any remaining balance upon release from confinement be paid during the period of supervision on an installment basis according to the collection policy of the Probation Office but at a rate of not less than 10 percent of her monthly gross income. The defendant is jointly and severally responsible for the restitution with coconspirators Kimberly Huffman, Maxine Lynn Rogers, Pamie Compehos, Janda Mendez and Stephanie Sechrist who are also convicted of the losses sustained by American Savings Bank, First Hawaiian Bank, Bank of Hawaii, and Honolulu Federal Employees Federal Credit Union in this case. Interest, if applicable, is waived while the defendant is serving her term of imprisonment and shall commence to accrue on any remaining balance upon her release on supervision. That the defendant provide the Probation Office and the Financial Litigation Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office access to any requested financial information to include submitting to periodic debtor's examinations as directed by the Probation Office. That the defendant is prohibited from incurring credit charges and lines of credit without the approval of the Probation Office. JUDICIAL RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) FDC Honolulu; 2) Educational and Vocational Training; 3) Drug Treatment. Defendant advised of her right to appeal. Defendant remanded to the custody of the USM.
