DEFAULT JUDGMENT entered in favor of Plaintiff against Voltage Technologies, James T. Cook and Elizabeth A. Cook; "ENTERING" a preliminary and permanent injunction requiring Defendants, jointly and severally, to perform their obligations under the General Agreement of 2/10/97 Indemnity; to allow Gulf Insurance access to all financial books, records and accounts maintained by any of them and outstanding payment obligations and access to information on the status of the Bonded contracts; to allow Gulf to enter job site of respective projects to determine status of each and to inventory the equipment and material; to place Gulf in funds via money, property, liens or security interests in property in the amount of $186,414.78 or such lesser amount as determined by Gulf to be ample security for its obligations on the Bonded contracts; to restrain from selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing or liening their assets and property, and from allowing assets and property to be liened unless and until Gulf shall be placed in funds as prayed for; to grant Gulf a lien upon all assets and property, including realty, personally and mixed, owned by Defendants and property in which they have interest, to secure Gulf against any loss it may sustain by having executed Bonds for Voltec, such liens to remain in effect unless and until Gulf Shall be placed in funds as prayed for; to prohibit Defendants from receiving and disbursing any contract funds which they presently hold or have made application to receive for the Bonded contracts; to indemnify and exonerate Gulf from all liabilities, losses and expenses incurred by Gulf as a result of having executed Bonds for Voltec; to pay Gulfs attorneys' fees and costs; "ENTERING" Judgment as to liability against Voltage Technologies, Inc., James T. Cook, and Elizabeth A. Cook as to Count II of Gulf's complaint; "DIRECTING" Court will retain jurisdiction over the matter to determine, if necessary, damages to be awarded to Gulf Insurance Company pursuant to Count II of the Complaint.( signed by Judge Catherine C.
