That prior to 4/16/90 counsel shall serve upon opposing counsel and submit to the undersigned (PJM) a trial brief which shall a. Identify each issue to be tried and each element of the claims or defenses involved, b. Identify all facts intended to be proved to support a claim or defense, identifying each witness who will testify in support of a claim or defense, and all documentary evidence to be used for that purpose, c. Contain appropriate memoranda, with citations to legal authority in support of fact, legal or evidentiary issues which are reasonably anticipated to arise. 2. That prior to 4/16/90 counsel shall serve upon opposing counsel and submit to the undersigned a complete set (original and 2 copies) of proposed questions on voir dire, a proposed verdict form, and proposed instructions to the jury, in writing, not merely numbered from a form book. The proposed instructions need not necessarily contain standard instructions customarily included in a charge to the jury, save as counsel may have specific alterations therein in mind. Each instruction shall be numbered and on a separate page and shall contain citation to legal authority. 3. That all motions in limine shall be in writing, and served and filed no later than 4/19/90.
