MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that movant Diondrey Hardwict's Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DENIED. [Doc. 1] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that movant's motion to advance 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion is DENIED as moot. [Doc. 27] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court will not issue a certificate of appealability as to any of the claims raised in movant's § 2255 motion. See Slack v.
