ORDER denying 49 : For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum & Order, plaintiff's motion to amend the Complaint is denied. A Final Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for May 4, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Counsel are directed to submit a lett er, not to exceed three pages, which outlines their respective settlement positions. These letters are to be mailed or faxed to Chambers not filed on ECF. Counsel attending the conference shall have full authority to settle the case.
