If Walgreen fails to provide the missing portion of the video recording promptly, I will of course entertain a motion pursuant to Rule 45 to enforce compliance with the subpoena. (3) Once the parties have obtained the remaining video recording, I invite them to confer and contact chambers to schedule a settlement conference as soon as they agree it would be useful to do so.
