MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, For the reasons stated herein, Corporation's Counsel's 10 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is denied. If Corporation Counsel appears on behalf of one of the defts in this action, it may file a pre-m otion conference request seeking permission to dismiss the sec. 1983 claims on the ground identified in the letter dated 12/22/11. While the US Marshals Service should be able to serve defts Trotter, Loesch, and Orman based on the information provided herein, pltff is advised that service upon the remaining defts may not be possible unless he can provide additional information relating to these defts.
