MEMORANDUM AND ORDER on Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence (2255): Antoine Sharpe's 1 Motion to Vacate his Conviction and Sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is denied in its entirety. Furthermore, because Sharpe has no t made a "substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right" pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(3), no Certificate of Appealability will issue.
