MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 15 motion to compel arbitration. It is hereby ORDERED, that the Defendants motion is granted to the extent that the Plaintiff directed to arbitrate its claims against Autoguard and American Bankers; and it is further ORDERED, that the Defendants motion is otherwise denied; and it is further ORDERED, that the Defendants alternative motion to stay the litigation pending completion of the arbitration is granted. Counsel for the Plaintiff is directed to file a letter to the Court by October 5, 2013, advising the Court as to the status of the arbitration. So Ordered by Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 8/5/2013.
