MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER as to El Sayyid Nosair re: 1026 MOTION for an order (1) vacating orders of the Honorable Kevin Nathaniel Fox, United States Magistrate Judge, setting a hearing in connection with El Sayyid Nosair's Petition pursuan t to 28 U.S.C. 2255 filed by USA: For the reasons set forth within, Nosair's Petition is dismissed.
