MEMORANDUM & ORDER, Absent a PRIMA FACIE showing that process was appropriately served according to US law, it appears that it would be inappropriate for the Court to enter a confirmation award, even on default. Such an order would be open to collateral attack, be unfair to the respondent, and ultimately serve no useful or proper purpose. Accordingly, petitioner is directred to respond to the questions outlined in this document within 3 wks from the date hereof.
