ORDER as to Murray Goldenberg, The amended judgment and commitment entered is deemed amended as follows: 1)Page 5 - Special Conditions of Supervision is amended to reflect that (i) the start of defendant's term of home confinement will be established by the Probation Office; (ii) during the time defendant is confined to his home defendant may leave his home not only for employment and to attend religious services once a week, but also to pursue employment opportunities or otherwise with the permission of the Probation Office and is to maintain a telephone without call forwarding, a modem, caller ID or call waiting and is not to have any portable telephones; and (iii) during the time defendant is on supervised release defendant is not only to provide the Probation Office with access to financial information, but is also to pay restitution, for which he is jointly and severally liable with Cameron Yost, Clyde Feyrer, M. Scott Syoms, and Richard Wolfe, in the amount of $22,975.84 in equal monthly installments into an account maintained by the Probation Office at the US Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007, for disbursement of restitution to victims listed on pages 6 and 7 of the amended judgment and seek the permission of the Probation Office before incurring any new credit charges and opening any new lines of credit. 2)Page 6 - Criminal Monetary Penalties is amended to reflect that defendant is to pay a $700.00 special assessment. 3)Page 8 - Schedule of Payment is amended to reflect that (i) defendant is to pay a $700.00 special assessment immediately and is to pay restitution in the amount of $22,975.84 in equal monthly installments during the time defendant is on supervised release; and (ii) the Court found that because of defendant's restitution obligations defendant does not have the ability to pay a fine or the costs of imprisonment and supervised release. The Statement of Reason page was inadvertently attached to the initial judgment and commitment entered in the above-captioned case as to defendant Murray Goldenberg and forwarded to the US Bureau of Prisons.
