2009-05-28	33	0		JUDGMENT In A Criminal Case. (For Revocation of Probation or Supervised Release). Date of Imposition of Judgment: May 27, 2009. Defendant Robert E. McDonald (1) admitted guilt to violations 4 and 6 below, of the term of supervision. The defendant has not violated violations 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and is discharged as to such violation(s) condition. Additional Special Conditions of Supervision: -These additional conditions shall run concurrent with the additional conditions imposed in 05-Cr-1116(SHS). -The defendant shall serve 30 days in a community corrections confinement facility, as directed by his probation officer. -The defendant shall surrender for service of his sentence on August 14, 2009. -At the completion of his community confinement, the defendant shall comply with the conditions of home confinement for a period of 30 days. During this time the defendant will remain at his place of residence except for employment and other activities approved by his probation officer. He will maintain a telephone at his place of residence without call forwarding, a modem, caller ID, call waiting, or portable cordless telephones for the above period. At the direction of his probation officer, he shall wear an electronic monitoring device and follow electronic monitoring procedures specified by the probation officer. Home confinement shall commence on a date to be determined by the probation officer following completion of his community confinement. The Court waives the costs of electronic monitoring. -The defendant shall continue to make restitution payments as set forth in the J&C dated August 19, 2006. -Standard condition # 1 of supervision is modified to include travel to the Eastern District of New York.
