Numbers 6 and 12 shall give the potential Class Members ninety (90) days from the mailing date instead of thirty (30) days. Numbers 6 and 12 shall instruct the Class Members to file their objections or requests for exclusions to "the Clerk of Court, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007" rather than to the Claims Administrator. 2. The Notice must state that "You do not need to have a record of the hours you worked in order to participate in the lawsuit. You have a right to participate in this action even if you are an undocumented immigrant or if you were paid in cash." See, e.g., Kemper v.
