Plaintiff failed to file an amended complaint by this deadline. On November 1, 2011, the Court ordered the plaintiff to submit an affidavit showing good cause why this case should not be dismissed as to Police Officer John Does 1-6, to be submitted no later than November 8, 2011. To date, no such affidavit has been submitted, nor has plaintiff communicated with the Court in any fashion.
