OPINION & ORDER: CONCLUSION - The record reveals that there are genuine disputes of material fact concerning Plaintiffs claims, which preclude the grant of summary judgment. While the evidence may not be compelling, Benussi has met her burden to produce evidence sufficient for a reasonable jury to find in her favor.
