Using any reproduction or colorable imitation of plaintiff's trademarks, including without limitation "Zen Bakeries," to identify any goods or the rendering of any services not authorized by plaintiff. b. Using a false description or representation including words such as "Zen Bakeries" or other symbols tending to falsely describe or represent their unauthorized goods as being those of plaintiff or his licensee, Pin Hsiao and Associates, or sponsored or associated with plaintiff or his licensee and from offering such goods in commerce. c. Further infringing plaintiff's trademarks by manufacturing, producing, distributing, circulating, selling, marketing, offering for sale, advertising, promoting, displaying, or otherwise disposing of any products bearing any simulation, reproduction, copy, or colorable imitation (including without limitation the phrase "Zen Bakeries") of plaintiff's Registered Trademarks. d. Making any statement or representation whatsoever, or using any false designation of origin or false description, or performing any act, which can or is likely to lead the trade or public, or individual members thereof, to believe that any services provided, products manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale by defendants are in any way associated or connected with plaintiff or his licensee, or are provided, sold, manufactured, licensed, sponsored, approved, or authorized by plaintiff or his licensee. e. Secreting, destroying, altering, removing, or otherwise dealing with the unauthorized products or any books or records which contain any information relating to the baking, manufacturing, producing, distributing, circulating, selling, marketing, offering for sale, advertising, promoting, or displaying of all unauthorized products that infringe plaintiff's Registered Trademarks, including without limitation all products that bear the name "Zen Bakeries." f. Effecting assignments or transfers, forming new entities or associations, or utilizing any other device for the purpose of circumventing or otherwise avoiding the prohibitions set forth in paragraphs (a) through (e) hereof. 2. Plaintiff shall post a bond pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c) in the amount of $2,000 on or before April 2, 2014, at 5:00pm. 3. The Court denies without prejudice the remaining requests for relief in plaintiff's motion. 4. Defendants shall answer or move in response to the complaint on or before April14, 2014. Defendants' failure to do so may result in the entry of a default judgment granting plaintiff the relief sought in the complaint. 5.
