2016-12-06 19 0 ORDER: The above-captioned matters have been assigned to my docket. Now before the Court are six motions filed by persons or groups of persons seeking appointment as lead plaintiffs, and seeking the appointment of their counsel as lead counsel, in this putative securities fraud class action. (16-cv-7840, Doc. Nos. 12, 15, 16, 21, 22, 25.) Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT each movant shall respond to the other movants' motions by December 16, 2016, and each movant shall submit a reply by December 23, 2016. Additionally, the Court notes that two of the motions have also been filed in Babcock v. Ferrellgas Partners, L.P., Case No. 16-cv-9294 (PAE), which is currently assigned to Judge Engelmayer. While the plaintiff in Babcock identified that case as related to 16-cv-7840 in the civil cover sheet filed with the complaint, he failed to file a Related Case Statement.
