Rodney was found guilty on Count(s) 1ss, 2ss, after a plea of not guilty. Imprisonment: 5 months on each count, to be served concurrently. AMENDED JUDGMENT In A Criminal Case. (For Revocation of Probation or Supervised Release). Date of Imposition of Judgment: 8/12/05. Defendant Dexter L. Rodney (1) admitted guilt to violation of Specifications # 1 & 2 of the term of supervision. The defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 to 3 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984. Supervised Release: One (1) year in addition to the current term of supervised release. The releasee's term of supervision will therefore expire on July 8, 2008 instead of July 8, 2007. The above drug testing condition (p.2 of judgment) is suspended, based on the court's determination that the defendant poses a low risk of future substance abuse. The defendant shall not possess a firearm, ammunition, destructive device, or any other dangerous weapon. Additional Supervised Release Terms (see p.3 of judgment).
